peashooter85:Let’s Play a Game of Hot Cockles,Hot Cockles was a game that was popular in Europe from around the 16th century up to the early 19th century, and was an especially popular past time during parties and Christmas celebrations.  The chosen player would either kneel and rest his head on the lap of a sitting woman, or kneel blind folded.  The rest of the party would then line up behind the player.  The first person in line would yell aloud “hot cockles!”, “hot cockles!”, then proceed the smack the player in the bum as hard as he or she could with either a paddle or a bare hand.  The player would then have to guess who it was who spanked him/her.  Those who guessed the most correctly would win. -- source link
