Training Martial Arts (or doing any exercise no matter what it is) is not about immediate results. It is an exercise in patience and practice to see a slow change in results or development in skill over time. With the plague about I know it is not safe to try out Martial Arts, but many places and teachers are offering online classes that you can check out to see what you enjoy and what teachers might be good for you to learn from once it’s safe to do so once again. If you don’t have the motivation to do that or hate online classes (like myself) you can also simply look up movie fight scenes or other videos about different martial arts styles to see what peaks your interest that way!
