30 days of Doctor WhoDay nine: Which Doctor Who alumni would you like to bring back? This could be either a character or an actor, your choice!Okay, this one is really, really hard - not least because so many I want to pick are, sadly, already dead (Ian Marter, I’m looking at you).So I’m gonna go with Ian Chesterton as my absolute first choice, because William Russell might be very elderly now but we all know he’d be up for it, he’s been actively playing Ian all this time for Big Finish, and I long to see the Doctor meet his first companion again and be reminded how far he’s come since then and call him ‘dear boy’ one last time.
