just discovered this game - routine feat is a post-soviet summer simulator and it’s simultaneously peaceful, beautiful, wistful and eerie. there’s no goal or plot in it, you just walk around and live your life. it’s also super relatable and easily recognizable for anyone from the actual post-soviet area, but good god does it feel a bit haunting, like an afterlife or an abandoned city, or a memory of a place.there’s also a winter version, i haven’t yet played it but i suspect it’s gonna feel even eerier to me. that particular brand of slav sadness тм -- source link
