Thought I’d do a weight loss/body shaping update as well whilst I’m here as some of you are asking! I am close to losing 4 stone meaning I only have another 3 stone left to go. I’m going gym 3 days a week doing 1-2 hour sessions, and I alternate what I work on but it’s mainly cardio and core I work on most as they are my problem areas. My stretch marks are almost all gone which has made me jump for joy! I’m now a size 12 or a 14 in some things depending on the store I’m shopping in! I will of been doing slimming world a year end of January next year so I’m extremely happy with how fast this weight has fallen off! Waist training wise, I’m now down to a 26" corset which I can almost close and I don’t know if I’ll go down any smaller just yet until i lose another couple stone as it’s looking very very cartoon like! and my waist is 32" without one on. Basically I’m in shock with my body now, I look in the mirror and it doesn’t even look like my body is become SO drastically different since training in the gym and I’m so happy! If you are thinking about losing weight I highly recommend slimming world as it’s been so easy to do and I’ve never once felt hungry, and please feel free to message me if you are struggling or need guidance.
