First we produce the optional plug. It has three parts. The front nipple has a thead M8 fitting to the tip of the cage and a hole 4.5 mm in diameter. The hose connection is 6 mm. The hose itself is made from silicone rubber and measures 4.5 mm/ 7 mm in diameter and about 10 cm in length. The length is up to you, of course. Try out what is comfortable but secure. The inner end of the plug is made from acrylic glass and has equal dimensions of the hose connection and hole as the front nipple. Make sure the diameter of this part has equal size as the mounted hose as shown in the close up picture to avoid sharp edges that could cause irritations of the urethra. A smooth rounded end is necessary also. For the A ring I used a stainless steel ring with an inner diameter of 50 mm and a thickness of 8 mm. Drill a hole with 4 mm and countersink both sides. Drilling stainless steel requires sharp drills of high quality because the material is really hard. The bolt from brass has a diameter of 6 mm and the thinner part I gave 4.05 mm on the lathe. So it can be press fitted without any glue. If you do not own a lathe you can file the thinner part to 3.9 mm with the help of a power drill and glue it in. Press fitted bolt Next is to make the connection to the cage. It is made from brass and has 8 mm outside and a 6 mm boring. A cross hole 3 mm is meant for a small padlock later when your lady clicks it shut for you. My padlock has a shackle of 2.8 mm. You can see it later. The left hollow fits to the A ring, the right to the cage. It is important to drill the cross hole through both parts together when the hollow rests tightly on the ring to ensure proper alignment. Afterwards mark the parts to avoid mounting turned by 180 degrees by mistake. Glue the cage to the connection part. Insert the shackle of a padlock and close the lock. Now you are finished. You may notice some rests of protruding glue on my device, I will remove it later and grind and polish also. Ready to use with fitted plug. Summary: Material costs about 15 Euro, except the padlock ( 6 Euro extra) Time to manufacture was 8 hours.
