Overall, it’s safe if you want to use it………………………………………… Do not use 俺 / オレ (ore) eventhough you might hear it very often in Anime. It’s as how you hear B***H or BA**RD in English movie, you don’t want to use it when you’re talking with someone right? This pronouns give a nuance that you don’t respect the one you talk with or that you put yourself higher than the others.………………………………………… But more importantly, keep in mind that Japanese is different than English.
