Yeah, if you prefer your wines to be so easy you could get in their pants in 15 minutes. New world wines rarely have the balance, delicateness and complexity of old world wines. Sure, they’re easy to drink, go well with easy foods and are the perfect choice when you want to get drunk while giggling with your friends, but if I want my wine to be an experience, I’ll just buy something from Germany, France or Austria. Northern Italy is great too. New Zealand is an exception to the rule though. They have some great wines. -- source link
