makechange-happen:Talk about getting your back into it! Even when the scale isn’t going down as fast as I’d like these before and after pictures REALLY show me how far I am coming! My posture is better, those back love handles are nearly gone, my but is higher and looking WAY better! This is all from 30 min running HIIT nearly ever day and eating low carb high fat low sugar high fiber! I just integrated weight training today!
