The email Sherlock gets from Lestrade never fails to crack me up.First off, he’s sent it from his private email address, which is [email protected]. Not [email protected] or even [email protected] which would make more sense. His email address is his surname @ half his surname . org. WAT??Secondly, he repeats himself. And Sherlock hates repetition.email subject: “Please call me.”email body: “Please call me.”Why doesn’t he just text Sherlock? Is Lestrade just so technologically inept he doesn’t realise you can have a free email address? Did somebody tell him he needed to pay for his own domain, just to have email?Poor Lestrade. Maybe in the pilot, Strade is actually his surname.His full name is Le Strade.But it got confusing, so he just stopped correcting people when they thought Lestrade was his last name. -- source link
