Cornerstone Condominiums: Apartment #4. The DeBateau Penthouse! I struggled with this one initially, the original floorplan was an absolute mess and included a hot tub on a stage that clipped into the appartment below, in a huge windowless room? Some of the rooms were pretty weird shapes, too. I ended up changing a lot of it completely to make better use of the windows and give the rooms a bit more symmetry, but I did include a little sauna (not pictured) as a nod to the “hot tub room”. I’m super happy with the final result! The lot had quite a few living rooms/studies and I decided to keep them for the most part - I had a lot of fun decorating each one in a slightly different style. Originally I was going mega-classic-Parisian with the decor (since they have a French name?) but then I took inspiration from Tara’s funky outfit and gave it a few colourful/modern/pop-art elements, which I think gives it a bit more personality :D Click this link for all pictures (including penhouse floorplans, if you want to see what I did with the layout)Sim File Share | Mediafire -- source link
