I wanted to try making over other another “socialite” apartment from Belladonna Cove, so here’s Cornerstone Condominiums! This is the apartment building the DeBateau’s live in and was pretty hideous, I’m very happy with its facelift.The original lobby had a kind of meeting room, gym and bar, but I nixed the gym since I already made one of them for the last lot, just kept the bar, making it bigger and into a place sims can actually hang out. Apartment residents will probably gather for games of poker, and if you have MogHuston’s apartment mod the bar should be staffed and fully functional. If not, you can direct playables to make drinks or hire and NPC bartender using the phone.
