Daily Training: April 29thWow! That was tough! I did it right after five hours of work too. I got through it though. It sucked really hardcore, but I got through it. I really had to push during the run, but I finished strong. This marks the beginning of the transition workouts getting just a wee bit harder. I’m not sure if I made progress on the bike or not since I don’t really have anything to gauge this time by. I was really sweating by the end of it though.I almost forgot how to walk getting off the bike, so I was sort of hobble running onto the track. I found my stride by the middle of the run though. I felt a bit slow coming straight from the bike, but I honestly couldn’t tell you the pace for sure. It appears the GPS on my new phone is about as bad if not worse than the last in regards to the track. It was a bit late and a bit cold to do the run outdoors.Either way, I torched calories yesterday for sure. -- source link
