Good morningg followers! It’s been 4 days since my last body post. I will admit I became bad about food hoices on four days. I have strong cravings and I feel really pressured. kFC is a big cravings for me. Also, on those for days. I keep on going to the gym. But my left wrist is still injured up to now. I hope Pain will go away. I failed to take a photo on those four days and promise to post some photo today. I need to change my plan and just be happy about my journey and not will pressured or what. Sometimes i just want to give up and go back eating crap cos Its a comfort zone for me. But i kept on telling myself that no. No nox i must keep going! If you’re reading this.
