Hulk Bombs recipe (makes 1 doz)2 ½ c almond flour¾ tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1/3 c sunbutter (I don’t think they turn green with peanut butter, but work with what you have if you need to)¼ c coconut oil (melted)4 large eggs (room temperature)(optional: 1 c of nuts: either chopped oven-toasted pecans, or whole sunflower seeds + pumpkin seeds)Instructions:1) Preheat the oven to 3252) Either line the muffin tin or swipe with the leftover melted coconut oil3) Throw the eggs, coconut oil, and sunbutter into a blender, mix on high til frothy and smooth4) In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, then add the egg mixture. Don’t try to use the whisk, either use a big spoon or a dutch whisk (which is like the best kitchen gadget ever) until all the dry material is incorporated5) Add the nuts (optional)6) Divide the batter evenly in the muffin tin7) Bake for 16-18 minutes, until a toothpick comes out cleanTry to try them while they’re still warm.
