As soon as the wedding party had cometo an end, after a night of dancing and a bit of wine, Aaron hadushered his now-wife to a carriage, set to take the happy couple totheir new home. Margaret had known that Aaron’s family wasconsiderably more well-off than her own, but didn’t quite realizejust how wealthy until thecarriage, piloted by Aaron’s family’s servant, Arne, pulled up to thegate. Thehouse was larger than anything Margaret could have ever imagined; thekitchen alone was four times the size of her bedroom back at thefarm. She’d been so happy to be able to have her own room on thefarm, even though it was practically the size of a closet. Now, sheseemed to have all the space in the world. Shestared in awe at the house, staring at the sights around her like achild at the fair for the first time. “–doyou like it?”“Ohgoodness, Aaron, it’s beautiful!” She exclaimed, gaping at the factthat such a beautiful thing could possibly be hers (although whetheror not she was referring to Aaron or their home, we may never know).It’s here! I finally succeeded in posing sims properly, and it only took me three hours! But I’m pretty happy with how these screenshots came out. I might not caption the images themselves in the future, and I’ll probably crop them differently so there isn’t a black border around them even if I do keep doing captions, but I’m really excited to be able to experiment with this! I’ve been drawing a lot of inspo from stalking calmly scrolling through @deadlymodern and @pixelnrd’s blogs, and I’m actually enjoying ts4 a little bit now, which is pretty impressive after I’ve been playing ts2 almost nonstop for the past few months. As much as I love ts2, ts4 is so much easier to control when it comes to storytelling (and also there’s a lot of pretty decades challenge cc that the historical fashion gremlin in my brain and I want to use, so there’s that). I’m planning on changing reshade up a little bit as the generations progress (e.g. the 60s & 70s will probably have something really bright & colorful, etc.), so if anyone has any reshade preset suggestions…lmk! -- source link
