Bonnie was from my first litter of foster kittens. They were rescued from the local county shelter because they were sick (and at the time, if there wasn’t room for sick animals they’d just put them down… policy has changed in the past few years to where they now have a foster program and work with a lot of rescues!)… Bonnie, Clyde, Thelma, and Louise were their names. Bonnie and Clyde were twins, even down to their markings. Thelma was a spotted torbie, and Louise was a blue tabby. All of them got adopted but Bonnie… who stayed with me. To this day, she still firmly believes I’m her actual mother. Left is her a couple of days after they were brought home, right is her being ‘helpful’, about a week ago.
