You know what?I’m sure Sabo wants to meet Ace in the next life.I’m sure he wants to fix everythingand I’m sure that he would give a lot for one chance to do it.He would like to feel the touch of Ace’s hands again.He’d like to see Ace’s face up close againand Ace’s thin lips stretched into a smileand Ace’s eyes that Sabo can’t remember clearlyand Ace’s freckles…He would like to feel Ace’s breath on skinand to see Ace’s hair falling over his face.He would like to touch Ace,to burrow into those dark strands, to stroke the hot (he’s sure) hand.He would like to kiss him softly, to hold him close, to be hugged back by him.He’d like to be aroundand to feel what it’s like to do all of these after all these yearsbut…but he’s not even sure how Ace looked grown up.There are only photographs in newspapers and leafletsandand this is all he can rely on now, building up the image in his head piece by piece.And this image is so flimsy.It dissolves as soon as Sabo open his eyes…open his eyes and realize that Ace is not aroundand he will never be around again. -- source link
