In honor of memorial day I give you one of my favorite pictures of my grandfather and friends having an impromptu photoshoot with a captured plane during WWII. A huge number of photographs he brought back from Germany were destroyed by my grandmother after he died because she thought they were too horrifying, so I’m grateful for the handful that have survived to keep the family history alive. -- source link
