Violates Roddenberry’s rules, but more importantly just looks imbalanced.It’s valid to use Roddenberry’s original rules as your headcanon, but both the Oberth class and Constellation class were created while Roddenberry was alive, so even a pretty relaxed definition of “actually canon” ignores that “rule”.(Also, Nebula class.) -- source link
