Tarifa is a town very well known by the kiters and wind surfers for it’s always heavy winds (making it clear, too, why there are so many wind energy generators in the hinterland).To go there we had to drive back from Zahara de los Atunes to the national street, some 20 minutes back in direction of Gibraltar, and then another small road down to Tarifa.As everywhere at this time of the year there were only very few people despite of the perfect weather, the warm water and the perfect wind conditions. -- source link
