A large-scale papercraft commission of the client’s characters Beau and Ganjou! They’ve snuck off to have a cozy campout in the woods and now Beau is getting into some CHILLING, THRILLING SCARY STORIES. (Ganjou does not seem to find them very scary, but that’s neither here nor there.)OOF this piece had some of the most complicated lighting I’ve ever done in a papercraft! Usually I stick to fairly neutral lighting, but since this is a nighttime scene, I really wanted to get that lantern to look like it was glowing and lighting up a cozy little space between the trees. I had to experiment a lot while working, but I think the final effect came out really nicely! -- source link
