dwellerinthelibrary:Maahes? by Karen Green. From the surrounding photos, I think this fragment is at the Temple of Hathor at Denderah. Lion-headed gods portrayed in that temple include Shesmu and Horus of Mehen, as well as lots of minor deities / demons, but without more of this scene I don’t know how to positively identify this chap. His offering appears to be ointment in a jar held by a sphinx. -- source link
