Smallest Multi-shot .45— Semmerling LM4Ladies and Gentlemen this is the smallest .45ACP multishot handgun in the world. It has a 4+1 magazine capacity and is about the size of a .380 subcompact, such as a ruger LCP or any other .32 pocket pistol. However this is not a semi-automatic pistol. Due to the incredible recoil of a .45 acp on such a small gun it cannot function as a semi-automatic. The breach is static and each round must be ejected and loaded by working the slide with your thumb. Only 600 LM4’s were made between 1978 and 1982.
