Velis, Lord of Changelings It’s been quite a while since I’ve made any custom Magic cards, but this idea popped into my head while mowing the lawn and listening to an episode of the Drive to Work podcast yesterday, and I’m pretty pleased with it. For a long time I’ve wanted to design a legendary shapeshifter that could be a good commander for a Changeling deck, but I could never really think of a good execution on that prompt.
