flavoracle:Wizards released a bunch of images Amonkhet today! (Check them out here) There’s a ton of interesting stuff there, but the images I’m most interested in are these five. Could these be the five gods of Amonkhet?! I’m betting that above we see (in order) the white cat god, the blue bird god, the black crocodile god, the red hound god, and the green snake god. What do you think?!Actually, what I REALLY think (or hope at least) is that the cat is Bant colors, the bird is Esper, the crocodile is Grixis, the hound is Jund, and the snake is Naya. AND you see those cool designs at the top of their weapons? I’m hoping those will finally give us icons for the shards the way that Tarkir gave us icons for the wedges.
