spiritual-rebirth:expressions-of-nature:Girasoli by: Raffaele Della SantaWhenever I see sunflower fields it reminds me of when I was a little girl and my mom took me to see my great aunt who had a field of sunflowers in her backyard. I didn’t want to leave. I remember running through the tall stalks, taller than I was, and I couldn’t stop giggling because I was so happy to be there. I would twirl and dance and perform for the flowers, honored to be in their presence. It’s a fond memory for me. <3 -- source link
