So this is not a post about which to choose left or right. I wanted to show a transformation during two different times in my life. The right is not where I’m currently at. Neither is the left. Our bodies are always transitioning depending on fitness goals, circumstances that take place, diet, lifestyle, exercise etc. Understand that our bodies change from time to time. And that we may fall back time to time. AND ITS OK! ♥️You also have to remember no matter where you’re at in your journey, you are still beautiful but choosing a healthier lifestyle for internal well-being and feeling good about yourself is most important! Anything is possible once you set your mind to a goal. I personally have not been as consistent this past year and my body has transitioned a lot!! Remember your body is a reflection of your lifestyle. So my reasoning for this post is to show you that you can achieve what you set your mind to if you want it bad enough. You can see how my lifestyle at those moments effected my physique differently. To the left, not that is was terrible but I was eating unhealthy, always bloated, depressed, stressed, drinking alcohol more than usual lol, not exercising enough, not sleeping enough etc. verses to the right I was eating correctly. Drinking lots of water. No processed foods. Gym consistently. And clarity. I’m currently now almost in between those two stages and my ultimate goal is to be the best version of myself possible!!! Just living an overall happy healthier consistent lifestyle! SMALL CHANGES CREATE BIG RESULTS in the long run. I’ve made a decision that it’s time for overall change entirely! Time to bring it back !
