“I think we can do this. Defeat the Soulmonger.”“Thriss. Of course we can.”Our warforged paladin/warlock Mekta came back to us from death in our Tomb of Annihilation campaign (where such a thing is meant to be impossible) and completely changed the tone of the story for me, injecting some sorely needed hope into our party. In this moment, Mekta (left) received a blessing from a godling and an incredible sword, and my ranger Thriss (centre right) realised that we might actually be able to survive the Tomb. (Our lizardfolk bloodhunter, Kitak (far right), never doubted for a second that we could survive, of course.) -- source link
