This idea has been lingering in my head for quite a while now. I love stained glass. It always seemed a little sacred, beautiful but also dark and corrupt. And I feel like it’s a perfect theme for Gwyndolin. She can be a beautiful person both inside and out, but her past is dragging her into darkness. And sometimes darkness wins, corrupting her heart. Removing any light that still lingers deep inside. She’s aware of the poison in her veins. And she tries to fight it. But it’s difficult to get rid of old habits. After all, the apple has fallen close to the tree. On a side note, at first I wanted her to have dragonfly wings.
