(He/him pronouns)By the way, in case y'all didn’t know it’s Trans Day of Visibility. So here I am, being visible not just for me but also for other trans people if color like myself who for whatever reason can’t be as visible or even as far into their transition as they would like to, be it because of unsupportive family or any other reasons.I’m lucky enough to have a family that isn’t actively antagonistic of my queer ways, making me able to present freely and even make jokes, even if they say and do shit thats… problematic to say the least. Others don’t have that.Even though I haven’t been able to start hormones because of my job, I am able to cut my hair close to what I want, wear a binder, and dress as masculine as I want. Others don’t have that.I for sure don’t have the easiest trans experience, but I can acknowledge that it could be way worse, and offer my support and advice to those who are in worse situations should they need it.
