Baptisterium of Stobi basilica (5th century)Stobi was a wealthy salt trading town that flourished especially between 1st and 4th century CE. It was a capital city of Roman province Macedonia Salutaris and had also a bishop see. Like in Heraclea Lyncestis many buildings are richly decorated with mosaics. Here is also a link to Stobi Excavation project; lots of interesting photos if you like archaeology.Source: Vaurien [CC BY-SA 3.0 de (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/de/deed.en)], via Wikimedia Commons -- source link
