booksandwildthings:libraflyter:findsomethingtofightfor:almostperfectalibi:*whispers* Bechdel pass. See how easy?It is legitimately sad that so many movies don’t pass that test because it is literally this easy.I’ve said it before, but it bears repeating: for all their flaws, the Thor movies are the most feminist action movies I’ve ever seen that still has male protagonists. They’re also a bit unique in that Thor always appears randomly topless.Like, most other sci-fi/action/fantasy movies, it’s a female character that appears in skimpy clothes/her underwear I’m looking at you Star Trek reboots just for the sake of the male viewers’ gaze. But, nope, we always get to see perfectly chiseled Thor topless for really no good reason whatsoever. It’s a nice change for once. -- source link
