Been fasting since I woke up 5 hours ago!I tried a tip I saw on my dash-For every hour you don’t eat, make a dash. It really works! I can’t wait to make a new dash and once I actually draw I feel proud and want to keep going. It makes me forget about my hunger! But I need some fasting tips cause this is the first time I’ve ever done it-I’m getting a little dizzy and I’m going out soon and I’m going to be doing a lot of walking. Any advice? -- source link
