michaelmoonsbookshop:michaelmoonsbookshop:all books are made up of the different combinations of the same 26 letters (with numbers and some punctuation too)in response to a couple of comments - this statement of course this would apply to modern English books as appose to those in other languages .. in fact older English books actually have fewer letters! like the W previously printed as VV [2 V’s together]. The Letter J also evolved quite late - the first English language book to differentiate between i and j was as recent as 1633. -- source link
