Some vintage Chinese Test Cutting from my first visit to the Huanuo Forge in Shanghai (2004). No one thought you could cut with Chinese swords back then. Changed a few minds that day, including Fred Chen. Most of the bamboo you see sliced up on the ground was cut with the Royal Peony Jian. -- source link
