Especially in crazy #coronatimes, we have to take some . and is such a big part of our busy daily lives. However, when it comes to hormones I am often quite confused about what they do and how I can influence them. That’s because our body is so complex, individual and especially when it comes to hormones: always in the flow. That makes them even more fascinating to me.
