sissy-joyce: How to become a sissy Step 3 : The weightloss goal This is a hard one, and one i struggle with myself. I believe the perfect sissy is skinny and weak. This means you will need to lose both fat and muscle… you want to become weaker then real men. When i go to the gym and see all those big dudes working out.. trust me, it makes me feel lile a real sissy. So tips.. Proteins are bad if you want to lose muscle. Dont eat too much meat or eggs. Fruits are your best friend. And do long sessions of cardeo. Atleast 30 minutes. I really have been struggling with weight since a kid but becoming the perfect sissy is my motivation. Another good tip is to let someone you trust blackmail you into weightloss. Imagen when a mistress or master orders you to lose x weight by the end of the week with video proof or you will be outed! Remember you only have 1 life on this planet and do not waste it. If its ur dream to become a sissy then go for it or you will regret it the rest of ur life.
