for dinner tonight I made some of trader joe’s brown rice and quinoa pasta, topped with tomato basil sauce! It was so delicious, I would definitely recommend this pasta if you don’t eat gluten, or if your looking for an even healthier alternative to regular pasta. it only has 3 ingredients: organic wild brown rice, quinoa, and water. definitely a lot less processed than regular pasta! the only thing I would say is to cook it a bit less than the recommended cooking time on the bag, as it can get overcooked fairly easily. other than that it was amazing! gonna take some leftovers to school for lunch tomorrow -- source link
