For The Sake Of You. We have a right to feel great about ourselves. Not good, not okay, but great. It doesn’t take a pill, a special formula, or any other fad of the second. They don’t last. What does last is us. And we already have it within us to make ourselves great: our bodies! Y’know, that thing we carry around day in and out. The thing which is vital to our being here, but completely invisible because of clothes. Sure we feel it when something is wrong, but do we feel it when everything thing is right? Shouldn’t we feel great about ourselves too?Reclaim your body! Get nude and feel your skin. Feel the air around you. Close your eyes and try to feel what it’s like to be you. Unencumbered. Unfiltered. Unlabeled. A complete and 100% you!Can you do that? This is why nudism is so powerful and so many people practice it even if they don’t have a name for it. When we don’t have a filter keeping us from the world and ourselves, we have the chance to understand who we are. We can identify problems with ourselves and correct them. We can feel what is right and enjoy that too. We can also understand how food and exercise affect us. It’s unending what we can learn and accomplish when our bodies aren’t being hidden. The goal is to be able to stand and not feel any pain or worry, there are no clothes, just us and the world. We are in control of ourselves and our body. No one else. You can do it.
