Like a finish that brings out the grain in wood, naturism helps us see the grain of life. The little things that make us unique. It helps us experience ourselves as wonderful works of art. In the practice of naturism, people have been able to discover things about themselves they never knew before. Practitioners have reported feeling better and uplifted about who they are. The craft of naturism is a worthy one and easy to practice or work with by most people. The benefits of taking it seriously are numerous and great.
