Jacaranda (Jacaranda spp.), Hillside, Road Between Sucre and Potosí, Bolivia, Spring (Southern Hemisphere) 2006.The jacaranda is one of my favorite blooming trees, and it was a minor thrill to see them in the wild in the Andes.
