As someone who has always promoted productivity and efficiency, it becomes sometimes difficult for me to slow down and enjoy the small things in life. But as I grow older, I’ve learned that taking a long walk around the park, snuggling on the couch with a new throw blanket, or having a nice talk with a friend I haven’t seen in a while are simple things that can bring so much bliss.
