The two humans that inspired me the most to take control of my life, leave an abusive situation and take a huge leap are my daughter and my mama. Every day before I left my marriage, i would channel my mom, ask for strength, talk to her and just remind myself she taught me better. She taught me what I deserve and what is right and what is wrong. She taught me to stand up for what I believe in, to feel no shame and to take pride in what I do. While some things don’t come easy, I am reminded daily to do what is right for me when I look at Ania and when I think of what my mom taught me. #ripmamabear #forevermissed Taking control of your life is hard.
