apoherm:reviewsium Some updates regarding my current reads;Letters to a Young Poet is such a lovely collection of Rilke’s responses to Kappur, a student at a military academy who asked Rilke for a writing assessment. His words are lovely, full of creative insights. I’m enjoying this little book so much!I’m also enjoying Ecce Homo by Nietzsche, he is one of those big authors I was scared to approach, and in this biography he is completely out of his mind but still an intriguing and eccentric personality. I’ve found some quotes “relatable” somehow. At the same time I started reading Notes from Underground by Dostoevskij and I’m loving it! It is like a previous work that lays the basics of all his next novels. I could see the same elements and symbolism I’ve found in C&P, so I can’t wait to read further. I’m almost done with Woolf’s selected short stories and I love it, of course because I’m biased. I’m happy to add this tiny penguin book to my Virginia Woolf’s collection. So far, so good. -- source link
