yogawithmayon:YOGA FOR THE HIPSHey! Sorry I’ve have not been posting much this week! I have been feeling meh and not very motivated to do anything! I practiced only like 3 times and didn’t even go to the climbing gym! I don’t know I needed to rest and I guess it’s ok! Maybe it’s the weather, are you not exhausted??WELL remember last week when I said I was planning a tutorial, this is it! Soo this is a little sequence for the hips! I naturally have the tightest hips and I always include these poses in my morning practice to relax and stretch that area. I always feel better after so I hope you will too!
