tfw-adhd:mellowmoonballoon:tfw-adhd:tfw-adhd:As it was requested (and these are the three things that I personally have) I made a Venn Diagram showing the overlap between ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety!@maxens ADHD and Anxiety don’t have any overlap that doesn’t also intersect with Autism. Ok maybe someone here can help me. I have, generally, great time management. But I have a lot of the other symptoms of adhd. Is it possible to be really in tune with time and have adhd? Sometimes people with ADHD have good time management skills because they were taught coping mechanisms when they were young, or had parents who were good at regulating their time (who either taught them tricks or just constantly were looking over their shoulder). Also, a lot of people seem to think that being half an hour or so early to everything means they have great time management. It doesn’t. It just means you’ve gone to the less common end of the spectrum, or that you’re overcompensating because you know you’ll be late if you don’t. -- source link
