Geneticists and archeologists’ research of modern day human populations in Europe, Asia, Australia, North America and South America have revealed that they are all descended from one African tribe that managed to cross from the Horn of Africa and into Arabia. From there they went on to colonize the rest of the world. The descendants of Africans reside there today. Regardless of the “race”, clear evidence of one’s African blood line is often seen in textured hair (wavy/curly), freckles and/or melinated skin. •The Africans that colonized Africa, traveled back and forth to America for thousands of years (before Columbus). Many settled during this time period and mixed with Native Americans (African descendants) . They shared their cultures. The strongest evidence of African presence in America comes from Columbus’ own words. Columbus noted in his journal that Native Americans had confirmed that “black skinned people had come from the south-east in boats, trading in gold-tipped spears.”•The great ancient civilizations of Egypt and West Africa traveled to the Americas, contributing immensely to early American civilization. They shared the art of pyramid building, political systems and religious practices as well as mathematics, writing and a sophisticated calendar. •One of the first documented instances of Africans sailing and settling in the Americas were Black Egyptians led by King Ramses III, during the 19th dynasty in 1292 BC. In fact, in 445 BC, the Greek historian Herodotus wrote of the Ancient Egyptian pharaohs’ great seafaring and navigational skills. •Europeans also enslaved many Native Americans which led to more mixing and many people are unaware of this but after Europeans began the North American slave trade of Africans, Native Americans also enslaved Africans and took them with them when they were forced to migrate. The mixing continued. •So, if you are African American, your bloodline didn’t necessarily come over here on slave ship; it could have already been here.
