Any ideas to what this is? I got it at an antique store in 08 and haven’t seen anything online like it.-I have seen flintlock pistols like this only a few times on online auctions. Its most likely Turkish in origin. The lock and barrel probably made in Europe, the stock of course is custom. So its a Turkish customized flintlock pistol. Also most likely from the late 18th century or early 19th century. Not much else I can tell you, it something I rarely ever see. A wonderful piece, thanks for sharing! -- source link
