Shooting blue flames everywhere. each creature within a 60ft radius of the initially chosen spot must succeed a Dexterity saving throw with disadvantage. On a failed save those creature take 10d10 fire damage or half as much on a save. than chose up to 5 locations outside of the 60ft radius but within a 150ft radius of the chosen spot. fireballs fall into those 5 chosen spots. these fireballs work identically to a base level fireball spell.
